We all know that our current "homemade" voting system doesn't work too
good. Anyone susbcribed to this list votes, petitions gets losts
between emails, etc.
The new system will enforce people (at least the
PEAR group members) in a limited amount of time and will give a clear
answer, of course after a previous public discussion (if it raises).
The Martin's proposal looks quiet complete.
