Hm - I am always reading about 'selected people' and 'groups' and such stuff
lately.
Well I am pro the idea of counting developer votes and let users comment on
the packages.
If we say there are only 50 developers voting. 5 Votes are 10% which seems
to be quite O.K.
What the group should do is to keep the discussion going if there are much
user comments
but no developer votes at all.
BTW:
I did much work in political and cultural orgaizations some years ago.
The thing that made me quit was that there was very much talking and
discussing but
no visible results.
We can do endless discussions but maybe we should simply start to slightly
do the changes
and discuss afterwards what could be done better.
