We cannot have a timeframe for support questions. Bugs on the other should
be treated as best as can be. I know it will be almost impossible to say
when a bug is going to be treated, but qa members would bug the maintainers
;)

My personal feeling is that there are people willing to help but since
nothing is clearly defined i think it makes some people uneasy on how they
should proceed. That is just a thought and i may be completely wrong ;)
