The biggest difference I see now is requiring developers to fire off a 6-7 word email if there is a delay that says "I am looking at this, no resolution yet, I will resolve in X days" X days later, "I am still looking at this, no time now, X more days" and so on. The silence is what kills, and makes people feel like nothing ever happens around here :). Greg
