Hello,
Its a very good example of what I wanted to say with "library" vs "package"
What (as a user) I'd love to see in PEAR would be a basic user management
scheme. On the top of this user management scheme I could place forums or other
applications, but in the same way I have a unified BD access methodology I'd
love to have a unified user data access methodology
So before including a forum (and Morgan script is a way cool candidate) perhaps
it would be a good thing to standardize this user management scheme

[1] basic because of course each web site does different things with user data,
but the is a set o basic elements , login, password, name, ID and so on that
are pretty much standard whatever application is in use
