I met Jani in IRC and the new system is at early stages. I guess he
would be glad to get some help :-). We will need to offer a nice Bug
tracking system for Pear developers so it's a item we should add to our
TODO.

At least a PEAR category for the moment will increase the chance to find
bugs related to PEAR :-)
