Hello, Its a very good example of what I wanted to say with "library" vs "package" What (as a user) I'd love to see in PEAR would be a basic user management scheme. Yeah, something like PEAR/User.php. Of course the user stuff shouldn't be PHP specific. At least not the database scheme. And not DB specific either. And a class for authenticating, inserting, fetching, removing users. And different levels of data collected about the user, or just setting unused fields to NULL. User registration too would be nice, it's a pain to set up user registration scripts. I have a registration script that might fit, it uses HTML/Form to generate a form and takes an array as argument, a little messy but nothing compared to what my other user registration is like. it looks something like this, it's in swedish and that will of course need to be changed. $fields = array(
