Create a HTML_Forum as interface and HTML_Forum_Default as a small basic implemention providing data structures and some simple functions for showing messages and threads, but without functions for accessing to data sources like databases or files. So this mean you have al least to extend a own class from HTTP_Forum_Default and add the implementation of a function, which fills the internal data structures from i.e. a database.
