Obviously the installer, etc from PEAR can be used. That way PAL can have other frameworks in it (e.g. Horde, etc). So for example I would simply say: #> pal install MVCnPHPKeeping in mind it can be useless (or waste of time now), you can provide your own configuration settings for PAL.
