I would hate to Have Savant get +5 and then be the first package in PEAR to get a Veto from the PEAR group.Me too. :-( At the same time I think Savant (or something like it) is very useful addition to PEAR, which is why I'm going to let the Savant proposal continue as it is -- if nothing else it is bringing all the template issues to a head, maybe after this we'll have a formal plan for PEAR templates. -- Paul M.
