That's what I meant, yeah. Back in those days afaik you said that PHP-
group is already working towards a new license version - so the
question was if there is already any.
Otherwise imho we might consider a PEAR-release or I'd switch to
something other (maybe LGPL fits a bit better).

Well, there are some parts in the PHP-license that don't fit to
PEAR's needs at all and that I'm not really happy with to have them
in. But this was already discussed ages ago as well :-)
That nobody complains ("has problems with it") doesn't mean they
fully agree or at least have read the license - does it? *g*
