You seem way too centered in the idea of getting "in". I already
maintain PEAR packages, I'm not trying to access some elite club...

When???
Well, if it gets +5, then the package is technically good. The
development was publicly announced, recurrently, in the list for over
half a year now, with no motives against its development exposed by
anyone. I'm at a loss looking for other motives for refusal. Do you know
any that I don't?

So, let's stop this, shall we? Let Dan speak for himself. I still don't
think he'll have any kind of opposition against the package.
