Windows. Maybe if Windows would follow standards a little better (i.e. Kerbos) there wouldn't be soo much frustration. It's not really that hard to get Windows machines to talk to each other. Are you telling me it's really that hard for MS to make it easy for Windows to talk with the million other OSes if they all use TCP/IP?
