FWIW, I've had good experiences with PHP4 CGI & MySQL on NT. This isn't
really surprising as I imagine MySQL gets more use with PHP than the other
database drivers combined.

++agree. Running any site on NT should be avoided if at all possible. The
only reason I've used PHP on an NT server in production was a last minute
problem with the client; they're moving to Linux shortly.
