Sounds more and more like LiveUser ;-)
Take a look:

You´ll discover mostly the same intentions there. However, on a brief
look at your code I have already discovered a difference - you seem to
organise users in groups in the authentication layer. LiveUser does this
in the permission layer (authorisation).
