I succeeded to install a few packages, including the HTML package, and tried to install HTML_QuickForm with:
# pear package /pear_cvs_directory/HTML_QuickForm
# pear install HTML_QuickForm-1.4.tgz
The installer replies that a directory does not exist and cannot install package.
When trying to reinstall to have a closer look at the error message, I get a "Package already installed" message.
How can I delete a package and reinstall it?
Is there an installation log somewhere?
There might be something wrong with the package.xml file. I don't know...
This is still black magic for me and I couldn't find explanation on how to describe the package structure.
If someone could have a look at it and tell me what's wrong, that would be great !
