Dear all,
I came up with an idea to create widget and theme layer on top of
database, code generation, and locale abstruction layer.
PEAR Application Development Framework
Goal:
Sharable "Look and feel": Users of this framework should be able to share
configuration of themes.
Abstruction of locale information(including error message for validating
form input).
Facilitate rapid and easy application development.
Widget layer on top of existing PEAR's DB, and HTML classes. Possibly other
classes.

Widget is something like swing for JAVA or motif and Xaw for X Windows, but
