The pear "registry" (the list of packages installed) is stored in
PHP_LOCALSTATEDIR that points by default to
/usr/local/var/pear/registry. Simply delete the .inf file and
reinstall. There is no "unistall" command for the moment.
Please note that this feature is experimental. It could be great if you
could report all the problems you could find.
