Hi Lukas
It is no secret except the code has to be as simple as required.
To achieve that simplicity is not easy. When you are programming
at 2am, sometimes the brain is fuzzy and we code stuff that we
realize is actually rubbish a year later.
ADODB is my 3rd attempt at a data abstraction layer, using a
third programming language (did one in C++, another in FoxPro, and
now PHP). Practice makes perfect. And no, this isn't in the book
either - it makes it look like programming is too hard :-)
