Clay Loveless (http://pear.php.net/user/clay) has deleted the proposal for
RFC::RFC_PackageVariableNamingConvention.
The reason for that is:
Does not truly seem to be necessary, a "common sense" addition to the
coding standards about remaining consistent in variable naming within a
package should be sufficient. A full-blown RFC + voting isn't necessary.
If anyone would like to pick this up and carry the RFC all the way to
voting, contact me for a copy of the current draft.
