I think thats more like buying a new Audi A3, just because it looks so
cool! ;) Thats what most open source projects are intended on, isn't it?
It's not that way, that we should change everything of PEAR. But there
should be solutions for many structural and manageral problems. Take the
best of PEAR, build new the rest of PEAR2.
