Hi!

Well, I did this often enough, but it worked out only once. Maybe I should create a wishlist instead and point the users to it? ;] Seriously, you don't need DocBook / SDK / whatever to contribute docs. I'd happily integrate the docs sent to me in any format, and I am sure that most of PEAR developers will behave the same way.Do we need dummies as PEAR developers? Thought so.Do we allways tell all those "users" if they like to give something back they should write documentation? Maybe those "dummies" can use PEAR a lot without writing one line of code.
Point taken. I'll try to come up with some constructive ideas instead of flame.Besides, you complain about the lack of such a guide. What exactly prevents you from writing one yourself?Don't you like getting some feedback on ideas before you start implementation? Or a good idea on the mailinglist, which is then implemented by someone else?
