I'm not talking about unfixable problems. But the issues concerning BC
breaks and versioning, as well as CVS structure and handling of php
majors and stuff are IMHO really seriouse. There will ever be
apache-like solutions. And you know, what apache did? PEAR is definitly
in a better situation than apache was, because it's much younger.
