Could someone out there who's more involved in the PHP release process (is
this public?) give some background on this?
I like having PEAR ship with PHP, since it's immediate exposure. And I think
that funneling people to PEAR is a good thing, since I'd rather see people
adopt the good practices than whatever junk is on hotscripts.com.
I'll also assist in any way possible - at least until I leave for Vegas on the
18th. :^D
