PEAR is designed to complement what is already available in PHP, not to create a continually updated museum. However, I suggest starting out as alpha, and breaking BC to take advantage of features in 5.2 as time goes on.Yeah then we are on the same page. I'd like to see Alexey to be a part of this, also Richard but that's a long shot, haven't seen him active in quite a while (saw a blog post from him the other day tho), only if they are interested of course. - Helgi
