Well then we'll wait after the elections as the elected will have to
decide upon rules for the rules and way of proceeding with pepr, new
packages (refactored to php5) etc.
I have a running version now of HTTP_Request2 but yes, Net_Socket &
Net_Curl are php4, thus stopping us from going further.
Let's put that discussion on hold until after the elections.
