"metapear" version 3

Hi, I forgot to make a checklist of all the functions that need to be ported so I don't know if I have ported all PEAR DB functions over to metapear .. but most of them should be in place now (I will soon make a checklist). The main missing thing is the result object but I will leave that for now. Obviously a lot of error handling stuff is also missing. Today I added the get*() family of functions and all necessary functions that were used by them internally (prepare and excecute etc). I just did copy & paste and a bit of modifications here and there .. I did not really worry about beauty or efficiency. Anyways this will probably be all I will be able to do this week. So once I get some feedback I will continue the work next week. I am a bot worried that my taking things from here and sticking it into there might have resulted in none of the sides (Metabase nor PEAR DB) being happy. I am aware that since both projects where opensource I assume that the developers and to a lesser degree the users specifically choose one way over the other for often good reasons. So I hope my method has not resulted in a merged version that pleases nobody (I have not really had time to really reexamine what I have done .. so right now I can't even say if I like it myself :) ). Well actually the last 2 releases were quite fun, since everything went fairly smooth and quickly.
