It should be fairly easy (I'm referring to page.inc from
7.2c). PHPLIB's perm class refers to the global $auth->auth["perm"]
which in fact is filled by the Auth class after authorisation.
So it could be easy to provide a method which can be configured
in a subclass of Perm to return the right container Array.
