www.php.net/urlhowto
www.php.net/tips
www.php.net/sidebars (extremely old page though, and very very hard to find) :)
www.php.net/thanks
www.php.net/support (guess thats the new 'help'?)
The download section is missing www.php.net/download-docs and
www.php.net/download-logos (or was that moved to community/logo
maybe?)
In an related note;
http://no2.php.net/searchbar.php this is the first
time I have ever
seen this page :)

I'm unsure how I feel about having "get involved" under the "community"
link.
When I find a bug in a OSS project I am working with I tend to search
the frontpage for something like "developers", "report a bug" or "get
involved" or something along those lines, I don't think I'd expect the
bugtracker link to be hidden away under "community" (isn't that
usually aggregated blogs?).
I would want an top-level "contribute" section, where I'd expect to
find stuff like
- http://no.php.net/svn.php
- http://no.php.net/mirroring.php (/mirroring-stats,
/mirroring-troubles)
- Links to bugs.php.net and wiki.php.net
- And the (yet to be written) "how to contribute" pages.
