True, I guess that's why the folding button is there on the current doc
pages, I didn't get that since I never print anything. My take on it
would just be "select the area you want to print and print selection",
but that's the selfish approach so.. what do we do? :) Multiple
stylesheets are not much better imo, it relies again on user knowledge
of some browser feature. Hiding the user notes from the print view
always would be an option, but it will piss of people (if any) that do
want to print them. I guess the +/- button as is now is a good
compromise, if that's alright I'll try to work it in.

Mobile browsers are also getting increasingly better at resizing content
and all, so I don't know if it's really required, at least I wouldn't
prioritize this. One approach might be to make the whole content column
fluid with max-width: $currentWidth, so that it at least scales down nicely.
