There is nothing De-facto about it. The manual is not just a
reference. It never was. None of this is reference:

And it is most definitely a useful part of the manual. We need more of
the same.

I´m really agreeing that the manual should be *most* useful and that
seperation from reference/guide does not improve *usability*
while the real-low-level-core-zend stuff should be off
