Well, let's leave this up to the documentation team. This is a volunteer effort. They work on what they feel like working on. If they feel like working on tutorials, they will work on tutorials, if they don't, they won't. This isn't about encouraging them to do one thing or another. This is about not saying no to a contribution just because it happens to look more like a tutorial than a function reference entry. -Rasmus
