Re: Why PHP ?

Many of the benefits of "ASP" are attributable to COM objects, which I don't believe are fully supported under chilisoft's ASP, so you're kinda only half right on that one. Yes you can run it, but it's slightly crippled when compared to it's W32 brethren. I may be wrong on that tho - I haven't look at chilisoft.com in many months - perhaps they've found a way to port COM to unix?
