I do not cross post.
This is a non issue. You are bring the ErrorStack file problem at a
level I would not even think about. Or I will but my conclusions
about the installer (1.4 included) will be slighty different.
It is one file, used by PEAR itselft, the base installer/core pear
should not have dependecy.
Keep it there is the simplest, easiest, pragmatic solution.
