Thanks I do know PEAR deps, I said that PEAR _should_ have no dep
but ext/somehere, I do not say that it does not have any dep.
It is useless and does not bring any additionnal flexibility. But
it brings one more check when we bundle, for example. If there is a
critical bug in PEAR, we just release it another PEAR 1.4.x+1 for
example, no problem with that.
PEAR_Error is in pear, the ErrorStack is something like a version
two and belongs to PEAR. As it was defined during the proposal
stage. It's a "core" source file and must be in the main package.
