It's not a BC break at all. Breaking ErrorStack into its own package, which
installs ErrorStack.php in the same location as it was when it was bundled,
and introduces a required dependency in the core on the external ErrorStack
package ... Presto, no BC break.
Is there some other reason to be against the separation? The BC break
argument is simply not valid.
