Nothing really abnormal. There is only people needing new experiences
and other who does not like anymore the constraints we define together
during the past years.
PEAR is not very young (back to 2001 for the first :), it is normal to
see people or projects leaving or coming.
In the case of Sebastian, if you read the list in the past months, it
was pretty obvious that the move was in preparation or was envisaged
soon.
