You beat me to it Arnaud, was just going to write the same thing, it seems that there has been some disagreement, but I found Scott's initial email quite blunt. No thanks nothing, straight on with business. Not even a plea or anything to bring back what is a key package and obviously an important part of PEAR. Is this situation unresolvable?
Still waiting to hear about Net_SMS2 also?

Sebastian Bergmann wrote:Hi! I just wanted to let you know that I moved the development of PHPUnit out of PEAR. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has made PEAR the place to develop PHP libraries in the early days of PHP 4. I still remember hearing about Stig's idea of PEAR for the first time. A lot has changed since then, and PEAR is -- at least in my opinion -- no longer the right place for me to develop and maintain PHPUnit in. Please bear with me while PHPUnit settles in on the new server. I hope to have solved all outstanding issues by the next weekend. Cheers, SebastianThanks for your great work and glad to hear development will continue :) Arnaud.
