PHPUnit development moved out of PEAR

Hi! I just wanted to let you know that I moved the development of PHPUnit out of PEAR. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has made PEAR the place to develop PHP libraries in the early days of PHP 4. I still remember hearing about Stig's idea of PEAR for the first time. A lot has changed since then, and PEAR is -- at least in my opinion -- no longer the right place for me to develop and maintain PHPUnit in. Please bear with me while PHPUnit settles in on the new server. I hope to have solved all outstanding issues by the next weekend.
