Install PHP4 IIS4 NT4Server

Hi, I have a web and wap site under PHP3.0.16 (GD coming with php3.0.11 because of GIF) / IIS4 / NT4 Server / Oracle 8i (with php3_oci80.dll) and some dll i wrote call with dl. All work FINE. Now, because of performance, i'd like to use PHP4 instead. So, i downloaded the php-4.0.1pl2-Win32.zip from http://www.php.net. But, in the win32 distribution, no references for oci80 are made, nor GD Someone can tell me how I can do at least the same under PHP4 than PHP3 ? Where I can find php_oci80.dll, php_gd.dll (yes, i use graphics too).
