It seems to me you are on the correct mailing list. Both groups PHP and
Zend like to hidden functions. But there is a third group which will make
hidden functions public. Look at the great functions table from Hartmut
Holzgraefe: http://mitgemacht-und-zugeschaut.de/php/ or
http://zend.com/phpfunc.
If you find some errrors in the manual, so let me know. I will correct it
ASAP.
