This looks pretty cool, but some time ago we decided that there is no place for frameworks like Horde in PEAR. I'm a bit concerned that we will brake this rule by integrating your package. People can use this package or not. The way I understand it, is that this package is just a way of gluing the different components together in an application. You can do it with your own page controller like
