I don't think that creating a new top level category for OLE makes
sense: With all due to respect, but in comparison to XML_RPC and SOAP,
OLE's sphere of influence is tiny and I doubt that a lot of people (in
comparison to the users of webservices) will use it.
Thus I'm for putting it in Structures.
