I thing that thats a bit hopefull. (the one and only framework!) -
I'm not talking about frameworks. I'm talking about MVC only. A
framework provides much more than a Model-View-Controller-Setup.
And I really think that coming down on *one* MVC system isn't really
much of a problem.

Guess so - it's just a bit odd. in some respects, cause MVC means different things to different people.
DB_DataObjects = my Model Layer
HTML_Template_Flexy = my View Layer
HTML_FlexyFramework_Page = my base class for the Controller
HTML_FlexyFramework = the URL=>page class mapper (technically the Controller)
It's not 'by the book' an MVC - but it achieves a highly modular (eg. easy to use one bit without the other - as the default Page, could be replaced to pivot use another templating/Query tool )
