I would like to see some way to include frameworks (like mine eventually when it becomes more stable), just as long as their namespaces to not inflict too much damage.. -
in this case prefixing all the classes with Framework_XXXXXX_* or HTML_XXXFramework_*
The big issue is that there should be some documentation (with tutorials) with them. - frameworks are not something you can just expect to understand quickly by browsing the code - as phpdoc comments are not really sufficient..
+1 assuming we can sort out the namespace issues (and real docs become available)
Regards
Alan

People can use this package or not. The way I understand it, is that this package is just a way of gluing the different components together in an application. You can do it with your own page controller like if ($action == 'update') { } elseif ($action == 'delete') { } bla or you can use this package. I don't see why this would harm PEAR. In fact I'm pretty interested to see how people would combine different PEAR packages with this package. Regards, JeroenThis package is purely a frameworkThis looks pretty cool, but some time ago we decided that there is no place for frameworks like Horde in PEAR. I'm a bit concerned that we will brake this rule by integrating your package. Thus it would be cool to hear some other opinions.
