Sometimes I think we forgot the issue of a company/person that want X feature, that's worth maybe 100 - 200$, for real who wants to send out a invoice for such a petty amount ? :) After taxes and things like that you end up with maybe 3/4 or half of the original amount. Think we could/should take up the bounty approach of Horde and other projects and allow the given developer to pick if the company pays money (with all the tax fun) or just make the company buy something from the developers wishlist, we really have to get the wishlist more out rather then thinking about money, most of the time getting couple of books + cd's + dvd beats the hell out of taking the invoice road (of course only talking about for the smaller amounts). - Helgi
