This is getting ridiculous. First of all you shouldn't be speaking
for PEAR as a whole. Secondly you guys are really making a mountain
out of a molehill. Thirdly I suggest we stop whining now and instead
be happy about the fact that people are working on the SOAP package
(again). Peace.
