I really do like Zend (couldn't live without Zend Studio) and have had no problems with them except the issue over the PHP 5 Competition. I think really, Zend needs to be a little more communicative with us (and others) when using our names and such in their press releases. I understand that PR stretches the truth (any good PR that is!) but telling us before hand would be great!

I'm curious which name you think Zend is using here that you have a claim to? The only one I can think of is PEAR::SOAP - which is pretty specific and to the point, no? -chuck

I'm sure Zend had the courtesy to tell Paypal about this before making it public. We are just asking for this same courtesy. - Davey
