Agreed.
I see no reason to add burocracy here (possible or not being
another topic ;). If one get paid to work on a package, fine.
If a company is interested in a package and like to pay to speed up
its developement, it's easy to contact the maintainers.
We may put a note about that somewhere, but sounds a bit useless.
