No no, QA is fixing bugs, not collecting feature requests....
Maybe when we've run out of bugs reports to deal with.. ;-}
Hmmm, everything what helps preventing bug reports is worth more than closing bugs (my opinion) and it could prevent bugs already if we had a page with some clearer definition of PHPs development in the long run.
Who cares if we don´t? :)
Zend people are under load and they won´t find the time yet, I think. I agree that an "idea collector and developmen plan indicator" is a dev thing and not a QA, but...
